While you may be eagerly awaiting the release of Shin Hisako, allow us to inform you of a special event this weekend – Double XP.
You can earn double the amount of Base XP across all game modes starting in the later hours of March 16th, lasting all the way Monday, March 20th.
Of course, there’s more to it than just Double XP. Season 3 Ultra Edition owners, as well as those who own the Supreme Edition of Killer Instinct already have a lifetime Double XP booster. This additional XP means that if you fall into this category, you earn 3 times the XP. Even sweeter, if you purchase a booster from the in-game store, you can earn up to 4x XP when it is all said and done (base XP + Double XP weekend + booster + Lifetime booster included with certain editions).
Lots of math above, but ultimately (no pun intended) you should fire up Killer Instinct this weekend and enjoy the additional XP. We’ll be back with another event next month. Until then…
